Simba Investments is proud to have been the presenting sponsor in the 2023 Habitat for Humanity’s #BidtoBuild fundraising event. Prizes were generously donated by a variety of local businesses in Courtenay and Campbell River to help make the auction a big success. This is the fourth year for the Vancouver Island North’s online auction which raised $36,361 for Habitat’s housing projects.
Donations to this auction support Habitat to finish a 12-home affordable housing project in Courtenay and begin planning a 20-home project in Campbell River. These new homes help families build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.
Our philosophy at Simba Investments is to give back to our community. We will continue to support Habitat for Humanity to raise money and to participate in their builds to house local families that would otherwise not have the opportunity to own a home. We are proud to have been a part of this amazing organization for the successful #BidtoBuild 2023 Online Auction!
