A new subdivision is in the design phase and proposes to include approximately 60 single-family lots and some new townhomes. Simba Investments will be the builder for all of the residential projects located here. This property is located adjacent to Pritchard Road, between Brighton Road and Cambridge Road in Comox. Site preparation is expected to be underway in 2022.
